Expertise and detailed measurements
This includes multidisciplinary studies and measurements of buildings and building elements. Examples are determining the air permeability of building elements, density checks of insulation, airtightness measurements of larger volumes, acoustic measurements, drawing up EPB files, and so on.
MultipleFan Airtightness Measurement
By switching on several fans, the airtightness of larger volumes can be measured.
Checking permeability wall connection
Determining the air permeability of concrete blocks for visible brickwork with a detailed measurement. By creating a pressure difference, the air permeability can be measured with an accuracy of 0,1 m³/h.
Check for air loss at the plinth and window connection
In the photo on the left we see a detailed measurement of the air loss on 1 meter plinth connection, treated with Blowerproof Liquid.
On the right in a test room the pressure was increased to -200Pa to be able to determine even the smallest air entrances through the joinery.
Density and insulation Inspection
A density check of the bladder insulation can take place by thermography. The weight per m³ of blown-in insulation is checked to determine deficiencies or subsidence. In contrast to the roots of the structure, thermography is a non-destructive technique.
Joinery Inspection
The joinery can be damaged during production, transport, installation, etc. The smallest defect is often not visible to the naked eye, but thanks to infrared examination, the problem still becomes visible.
